Jim Ladd
Work:
Jim and Sue met at Evangel University, and he has a BS in Biblical Studies.
Jim is from Dallas, Texas and came to Grace on March 1, 2002 as the Senior
Associate Pastor and was elected to serve as Senior Pastor on November 14,
2004. He has a broad background that includes Youth Pastor, Air Traffic Controller,
Church Planter and Senior Pastor.
Ministry: Jim
has served as a Coach, Trainer, Teacher, and Leadership Developer for Small
Groups and Men’s Ministry. As Senior Pastor of Grace Community Church,
Jim is called to Vision Casting, Staff & Leadership Development, Teaching,
and guiding the overall direction of the church. Jim values and supports the
vision for intergenerational churches. His gifts of strategic thinking, encouragement,
coaching and prayer support will be greatly embraced by A Chosen Generation,
Inc.
